We're a family-owned, independent installer. There is no dealer program or distributor layer in our pricing, every job is installed by our own small crew of family and friends, and the same $25/ft applies in all 30+ DFW cities, controller included.

Everything: premium permanent LEDs, aluminum tracks, all wiring, professional installation, app setup, controller, and a Lifetime Workmanship warranty (non-transferable) plus 3-year parts and labor. No hidden fees, no controller surcharges, no surprise charges.

We provide free on-site estimates. A typical single-story home is 100-150 linear feet. Two-story homes average 150-250 feet. Use our calculator above for a quick estimate, then we'll measure your exact roofline.

Yes — two ways. Choose our in-house financing (50% down, then 6 monthly payments at 10% APR, no credit check), or pay over time with flexible monthly payments through Affirm. Pick whichever fits your budget.

Complex rooflines (multiple peaks, dormers, etc.) may add 10-15% to the base price due to additional labor. We'll discuss this during your free estimate so there are no surprises.

Permanent lights are a one-time installation: there is nothing to hang or take down each season, and you get year-round use for game days, holidays and everyday accent lighting. A typical 150-200 ft home is $3,750-$5,000 at our flat $25/ft, controller included. Compare that against the annual price any seasonal installer quotes you.
