Permanent LED Lighting in Forney
Kaufman County | East of Dallas | Antique Capital of Texas
Forney — the “Antique Capital of Texas” in Kaufman County just east of Dallas — has grown quickly with master-planned communities full of newer homes ready for permanent lighting. From Devonshire to Gateway Parks and Windmill Farms, we install permanent LEDs on Forney homes at our flat $25 per linear foot, controller included.
What Sets Our Forney Installs Apart
Professional Track-Mount, Not Rope Lights
What goes on a Forney home is not rope lighting or adhesive strips. It is our professional pixel-LED permanent outdoor system: discrete RGBIC light points seated in a slim aluminum track under your eave. The track color-matches your fascia so it disappears by day, and at night each LED faces downward to wash your facade evenly.
$25/ft Flat Rate — Published, Controller Included
Twenty-five dollars per linear foot, fully installed, on every Forney home. We are an independent local installer with no dealer program or distributor layer in our pricing. Send us any quote you receive and we'll compare it line by line against our published $25/ft.
Lifetime Workmanship warranty (non-transferable) plus 3-year parts and labor, Owner-Operated
Every Forney installation includes a lifetime workmanship warranty plus 3-year full parts & labor coverage on LEDs and tracks, which are rated for 50,000+ hours. Call (817) 915-3266 and you reach Jerico directly.
HOA-Friendly Installation
Devonshire, Gateway Parks and Windmill Farms all have architectural standards, and our fascia-matched under-eave track is designed to read as part of the home year-round. The aluminum track tucks under the eave and matches your fascia color, so it reads as part of the architecture rather than a seasonal add-on.
One System, Every Season
Switch to Forney Jackrabbit purple-and-gold on Friday nights right from the app. Warm white for everyday curb appeal, orange for Halloween, red-white-and-blue for the Fourth, and a bright security-white mode when you travel — all from the free app, with no ladder ever again.
Permanent Lighting for Forney's Master-Planned Communities
Forney sits in Kaufman County just east of Dallas along US-80, and its rapid growth has filled communities like Devonshire, Gateway Parks and Windmill Farms with new-construction homes. Those clean, modern fascias are the fastest surface for our pixel-LED track, so most Forney installs are finished in a single day.
Permanent LEDs are the natural first upgrade on a Forney build: warm-white curb appeal every night, no annual ladder climb, and a system that holds up through hot Texas summers and spring storms. One tap in the free app turns the facade to holiday colors or Forney Jackrabbit purple-and-gold for Friday-night football.

“Jerico was so easy to work with! His staff put together everything I needed to get HOA approval. Work was done quickly and Austin did the job quickly and helped me set up the app. The price was reasonable - I’d recommend DFW LED!”
“They did a great job, very professional!!! We love the look and they matched our homes color perfectly, you can't see the tracks at all !!!!”
“Excellent customer service and work! I knew nothing about lights aside from wanting more on our house. We also knew we didnt want to climb the ladders and get on the roof. We had heard the horror stories of high quotes, etc. We got a couple of them. Then we worked with DFW LED who responded immediately, didnt get annoyed at all my questions and then had his team out within a day of saying go. They texted when they were on the way, told us what to expect, and answered questions along the way. Highly recommend! Now just have to play around with the lights!”
