Why DFW LED for Mansfield
Professional Track-Mount, Not Rope Lights
What you see on a DFW LED home is not rope lighting or adhesive LED strips. It is our professional pixel-LED permanent outdoor system: discrete RGBIC light points seated inside a slim aluminum track that mounts under your eave or soffit line. The track color-matches your fascia, virtually disappearing during the day. At night, each LED faces downward, washing your facade, landscaping, and walkways in even, controllable light.
$25/ft Flat Rate — Controller Included
Twenty-five dollars per linear foot, fully installed, on every Mansfield home regardless of roofline complexity, with the controller included. Every job is installed by our own small crew of family and friends. Send us any quote you receive and we'll compare it line by line against our published $25/ft.
Lifetime Workmanship warranty (non-transferable) plus 3-year parts and labor, Owner-Operated
Every Mansfield installation comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty (non-transferable) plus 3-year full parts & labor coverage on LEDs and tracks. The our LEDs are rated for 50,000+ hours — over 16 years of typical dusk-to-midnight use. When you call (817) 915-3266, you get Jerico directly.
HOA-Friendly Installation
Mansfield's master-planned communities — Walnut Creek, The Parks, Heritage — all have architectural standards. The aluminum track tucks under the eave and color-matches the fascia board, meeting the “no visible exterior modification” rule most HOA covenants enforce.
Where We Install in Mansfield
Walnut Creek — Mansfield's flagship master-planned community. Generous lot sizes, mature landscaping, and homes that take pride in curb appeal. Our track system hugs the eave line, invisible during the day and dramatic at night.
The Parks at Walnut Creek — A newer extension with modern floor plans and clean rooflines. These homes are ideal for permanent LEDs because the fascia is straight and uninterrupted — quick installs, clean results.
Heritage — Established Mansfield neighborhood with a mix of brick and stone facades. We've installed in Heritage homes where the color-match track disappears against both materials.
South Pointe — Growing development south of Broad Street. Families here love the dual-purpose value: holiday lights for the kids and security lighting year-round.
Woodcreek — Tree-lined streets and traditional architecture. Our crew navigates the mature canopy and complex trim details that define this neighborhood.

“They did a great job, very professional!!! We love the look and they matched our homes color perfectly, you can't see the tracks at all !!!!”
“Excellent customer service and work! I knew nothing about lights aside from wanting more on our house. We also knew we didnt want to climb the ladders and get on the roof. We had heard the horror stories of high quotes, etc. We got a couple of them. Then we worked with DFW LED who responded immediately, didnt get annoyed at all my questions and then had his team out within a day of saying go. They texted when they were on the way, told us what to expect, and answered questions along the way. Highly recommend! Now just have to play around with the lights!”
“We had a great experience with DFW LED! They were quick to provide a quote and got us scheduled for installation right away, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the lights is outstanding and far better than others we’ve seen. We especially love how they shine downward, beautifully lighting up our yard and walkways. It really enhances the look of our home at night. The holiday settings are remarkable, with so many design and color options to choose from and it’s such a fun and unique feature! Highly recommend them for both their service and the quality of their work!”
